Synapteka is the enterprise orchestration layer that turns AI investment into quantifiable outcomes — improving workforce capability, governing AI use, and identifying where humans and AI work best together.
Enterprises invest heavily in AI licences and tools — yet struggle to translate that investment into measurable productivity, quality, or capability gains at the workforce level.
We don't just give your people AI tools. We build the infrastructure that measures utilisation, governs outcomes, upskills workforces, and creates a feedback loop that keeps improving — automatically.
From expert AI conversations to fully autonomous agentic workflows — Synapteka covers every layer of enterprise AI utilisation.
We don't ask you to take AI value on faith. Synapteka surfaces the metrics that matter — time saved, quality improved, gaps closed, risks identified.
A structured, low-friction path from AI implementation to enterprise-grade utilisation — guided at every step.
The first vertical deployment of the Synapteka platform. Eleven specialist brains built on genuine banking domain knowledge — giving professionals the depth, precision, and institutional-grade outputs that generic AI tools simply can't deliver.
Synapteka's vertical deployment model brings deep domain expertise to the industries where AI governance, quality, and accuracy matter most.
See how Synapteka can transform AI investment into workforce capability, governance confidence, and quantifiable return.
Synapteka was born from a simple observation: enterprises were adopting AI tools, but not harnessing AI value. We set out to change that.
Synapteka was founded with a clear mandate: close the enterprise AI utilisation gap. Not by building more AI tools — but by building the infrastructure layer that makes AI adoption measurable, governable, and scalable.
Our founder and team bring over two decades of frontline experience in banking, financial services, and enterprise technology — across ANZ, Credit Suisse, NAB, and global fintech leaders. That domain depth is Synapteka's unfair advantage. Every product we build is grounded in the real workflows, regulatory requirements, and performance standards that professionals live every day.
We build for regulated industries globally — because that is where the stakes, the complexity, and the opportunity are highest.
Each vertical deployment deepens the Synapteka platform — adding new domain intelligence, capabilities, and network effects that benefit every product.
Whether you're exploring Synapteka for your organisation or want a custom demo — we'd love to hear from you.
Synapteka's AI Conversations feature gives professionals direct access to domain-expert AI — trained on specialist knowledge, regulatory frameworks, and professional workflows. Unlike generic AI tools, every conversation is contextualised to the user's role, domain, and the standards that govern their work.
Professionals can ask complex, domain-specific questions and receive expert-level responses grounded in real practice — not generic web content. Whether it's structuring a document, interpreting regulatory obligations, evaluating compliance risk, or navigating a complex workflow, the AI responds as a knowledgeable peer who understands the context, the constraints, and the consequences of getting it wrong.
Any professional who needs fast, accurate, domain-grounded AI support — without the noise and hallucinations of general-purpose tools. Particularly valuable in regulated environments where precision, context, and compliance alignment are non-negotiable.
Skills are Synapteka's structured document generation workflows. Rather than generating a document from a single prompt, Skills guide professionals through a structured AI-assisted interview — surfacing the context, nuance, and judgement that makes the output genuinely ready for professional use.
Each Skill is purpose-built for a specific document type. The AI conducts a structured interview, asking the right questions in the right sequence, then assembles a professionally formatted document that reflects the organisation's standards and the applicable regulatory framework. The result is a document that reflects actual professional judgement — not a generic AI response dressed up with headers.
Professionals who produce structured documents under regulatory scrutiny — where the quality, completeness, and compliance alignment of the output directly reflects on the individual and the organisation.
Platform Simulations are interactive, sandboxed replicas of real enterprise systems and technology platforms. Professionals learn complex workflows and system processes in a risk-free environment, with AI guidance embedded at every step.
Each simulation replicates the screens, data flows, and decision points of a real platform — whether that's a core banking system, a transaction monitoring platform, a KYC portal, a loan origination system, a compliance case management tool, or a property transaction workflow. Users interact with a faithful replica of the system without any risk of affecting live data or live operations. The embedded AI coach explains what each action means, why it matters, and what the regulatory or policy rationale is behind the process.
Professionals learning new systems, experienced practitioners navigating process or platform changes, managers running structured onboarding programs, and organisations that need measurable, verifiable evidence of workflow competency for regulatory or audit purposes.
Scenario Assessments place professionals inside realistic, high-stakes situations drawn from actual professional practice. AI evaluates decisions, surfaces gaps, and generates scored competency reports — giving leaders objective, evidence-based insight into where their teams perform and where they need development.
Each scenario presents a realistic professional situation and asks the user to respond as they would in practice. The AI evaluates the quality, completeness, and compliance alignment of their response — generating detailed feedback and a competency score mapped to defined professional frameworks. Organisations can deploy assessments for onboarding, ongoing competency management, and regulator-ready demonstration of staff capability.
Compliance and risk managers assessing team capability, people leaders running structured development programs, HR and L&D professionals needing objective competency evidence, and organisations operating under regulatory frameworks that require demonstrable proof of staff training and competency.
Agentic Workflows are end-to-end autonomous processes that encode an organisation's best practices, connect to data sources, and execute multi-step tasks with minimal human intervention — while maintaining a complete, auditable action trail at every step.
Where traditional AI tools respond to a single prompt, Agentic Workflows orchestrate sequences of tasks — gathering data, applying logic, generating outputs, and escalating decisions — in a structured, governed pipeline. The result is predictable, repeatable outcomes at scale, with the governance controls that regulated organisations require.
Operations teams automating high-volume, rules-intensive processes; compliance functions running structured investigation and reporting pipelines; and technology and transformation leaders replacing brittle workflow automation with intelligent, adaptive orchestration that can withstand regulatory scrutiny.
Synapteka's Policy & AI Governance layer gives regulated organisations the infrastructure to deploy AI responsibly — with policy alignment, usage oversight, audit trails, and board-ready reporting built into the platform from day one.
Enterprise AI adoption fails when governance is an afterthought. Synapteka's governance layer operates at the platform level — ensuring every AI interaction is logged, every output is traceable, and every use case is aligned to policy before it reaches a user. Organisations can define acceptable use boundaries by role and function, monitor usage in real time, and generate audit-ready evidence of AI governance compliance for regulators, boards, and internal risk committees.
Chief Risk Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, and risk functions deploying AI at scale; boards and executives accountable for AI governance obligations; and regulated organisations that need a defensible, audit-ready AI adoption program that can withstand scrutiny from regulators, auditors, and internal governance committees.
